We cannot ship to PO BOXES! We cannot Combine Shipping at this time! Providing us with a PO Box address will delay your shipment

All ground shipments are shipped via FedEx Ground. We have pickups every Monday-Friday. Please do not ask us to ship your item through other couriers like DHL, UPS etc. We cannot use a 3rd party account number either. Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Military/APO:

All shipments for you are shipped via United States Post Office. We only ship PRIORITY mail and will provide you with a tracking number when shipped.

We understand Express mail is costly, but it protects you from loss and theft with tracking insurance.

Shipping Handling Charges:
Every auction that we list has a flat rate shipping charge that is specially formulated for each item we sell.
This shipping price is displayed on the auction for its full duration for you to view, and is non negotiable.
The quoted shipping cost includes the highest grade packaging materials possible, considerate, careful, and professional packaging services, a small handling fee, and actual shipping rates.
Shipping Time:
Please allow 3-5 Business days for your item to ship after payment has cleared. This does not include weekends, or holidays as our shipping department is closed.
We will email you a tracking number with your items information when it has shipped to the registered email address you have on eBay.
Please check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder as sometimes our tracking emails get caught up in there.
Please Note:
Larger, Bulkier, Heavy, Fragile items may have a slightly longer handling time if a special box is needed etc. We will do our best for you!
Insurance/Damages:
Each one of our auctions has an optional insurance option on it.
Although FedEx does insure most items for up to $100.00 USD, they do not insure all.
For added piece of mind, and full insurance coverage, please select the insurance option and allow us to insure your item.

Shipping Damages:
Contact us IMMEDIATELY. We understand you are frustrated, don't worry - we're on your side.
Do not attempt to clean up the package, or touch the item. This will be come a sort of crime scene for a claim.

We very rarely have items lost in the mail. If it does occur, please Contact us IMMEDIATELY.

We try to get all packages out as soon as we can. 99% of the time we run on a great schedule.
