Beautiful LANE red (more burgundy that bright red) leather loveseat – both sides recline individually. There is a center console with two cup holders (cup holders are rimmed with wood accents) and also opens for storages. Like New! Rarely used. Sofa Loveseat was in the office, not in the living room, so hardly ever sat on. Bought it about six months ago for almost $2,000 at a local furniture store in Boca Raton. This is a steal at $550. THE SOFA STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED!!! See picture!!

Condition is almost perfect. One small scratch on it from the cleaning lady when she bumped it with the vacuum cleaner.

I live in a condo on the beach on Hillsboro Mile (just south of Deerfield Beach) – North Broward and just south of Boca Raton. The condo does have an elevator, no stairs to go down. My condo has a few restrictions on moving times, so please try to be flexible with me on scheduling pick up of the sofa. Thanks.
