This is a Hampton Bay ceiling fan reciever only!!! Perfect if you need a replacement, or if you want to use the hampton bay remote you have now on a secound fan. Easy to install digram on back of reciever. I will send general instructions along with it showing how to hook it up and to set the code switches to match the remote being used with it. Receiver Model # UC7067RC I will also put in the wire nuts needed to install.
